We sabotage ourselves in many ways. It's a part of human nature. However, there is one form of self-sabotage that is particularly pernicious. If you don't watch out for this specific form of self-sabotage, you'll engage in it without even knowing and most likely miss out on opportunities to co-create your intention or something even better.
